Choices Pregnancy Services will provide you with pregnancy testing, consultation on your pregnancy options, ultrasound, and other services. During your appointment at Choices Pregnancy Services you will be given the results of your pregnancy test.
If you have a positive pregnancy test we will schedule an ultrasound for you to receive a free ultrasound. The ultrasound will verify your pregnancy, find out how far along you are, as well as the viability of the pregnancy.
